Thank you for your continued patience as we work to finalize the implementation of our volunteer tool. We are pleased to inform you that the setup is now complete, and all parent information has been successfully imported into the system. This data was gathered based on the names and email addresses registered in TeamSnap. If any of this information is incorrect, kindly complete the following Google form so we can promptly update our records: Google Form Link.

To access your account, please visit SportsHelpers Portal and use your email address as both your username and password. Upon logging in, we ask that you complete the following steps immediately:

  1. Change your password.
  2. Update your profile by confirming both parents’ names and contact information.
  3. Verify that all of your children are listed under your profile (this includes players from U5 to U21).

Please note that not all volunteer role information from previous events has been uploaded to the system yet, so do not be alarmed if certain details are missing.

If you are unable to log in due to an unrecognized email address, it is possible that your registration occurred later in the season, and your profile was not added in time. In this case, please complete the aforementioned Google form, and we will ensure your profile is added to the system.

The SportsHelpers portal includes various tutorial videos and documents to help you navigate the website. We encourage you to review these materials at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us at volunteer-committee@burnabyminor.com.

In the coming weeks, we will be adding the following resources to enhance your experience and ensure seamless engagement with the association:

    • BMHA-specific SportsHelpers tutorials for managers, division managers, tournament directors, etc.
    • Timekeeping instructions
    • Scorekeeping instructions
    • Music DJ instructions
    • Livestreaming instructions
  2. In-Person Training: Sessions for team managers
