BMHA Support Role Contracts
As part of our standard contract renewal process, Burnaby Minor Hockey Association will be issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for several contracted support roles within the Association – Bookkeeper, Content & Social Media Coordinator, Executive Administrator, Ice Allocator, Referee-in-Chief, and Registrar.
Many of the administrative and operational roles that support BMHA are structured as term-based contracts. As these contracts come to an end, we follow an open RFP process to ensure a fair and transparent approach.
This process is not a reflection of performance, and current contractors are welcome to submit proposals. We value the work and commitment people bring to these roles, and the RFP process simply reflects the end of contract terms and our commitment to a consistent governance process.
