Coaching Application
If you are interested in being considered for a coaching position for Burnaby Minor, please complete the application form.
If you are interested in coaching multiple teams, please complete a separate application for each team.
Our BMHA Head Coach will be in touch with you regarding your application, and for any additional information may be required.

1. Coach Application
After completing the application, please check your certifications are current. This must be done prior to start of the season.

- Login to Spordle to check if your Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Respect in Sport (RIS) are current.

All Coaches, new and returning, must fill out the Coaching Application for the following positions:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
- On-ice Helper - Parent - only for U7 or U9
- On-ice Helper - Player - U15, U18
2. Coach Requirements & Clinics
Please refer to Team Official Qualifications found on the Team Official Certifications page and register for any required clinics. Reminder that all post-task assignments must be verified and certification completed before submitting for reimbursement.
