A special congratulations to the very well deserving Brett Rafferty!!!   BC Hockey awarded Brett, our former Referee-in-Chief, with the Mike Landucci Development Award – Officiating – it recognizes outstanding service by a volunteer who has devoted his or their time to assist officiating in BC Hockey.   Enjoy your retirement Brett, and you will always be a member of the BMHA family!
