City of Burnaby meeting rooms at the Bill Copeland Sports Centre Complex/Burnaby Lake Rink, Kensington Park Rink and Rosemary Brown Arena are available for rental through the BMHA.  Because the BMHA is charged for these room bookings, a minimum two weeks notice may be required to cancel meeting room bookings.  Teams may be charged for the booking if this time-frame is not met.  Before booking a meeting room, please make sure that it will be utilized.  Any cacellations or changes need to be communicated to admin@burnabyminor.com as soon as possible.

All groups wishing to  book a meeting room must do so through our Executive Administrator. Please fill in the form below in its entirety and submit.  Be sure to specify AM or PM on all requests and check your calendar to ensure that days and dates are correct.

Once the form has been received, room availability  will be requested from the City of Burnaby. Once your request is processed, you  will receive an email confirmation.  All special requests are to be directed to admin@burnabyminor.com.

Expect  it to take up to 3 working days to complete a booking.

• 50 capacity theatre style seating
• 30 capacity classroom style seating with tables

Bill  Copeland Sports Centre - Conference Room

• Located in the dressing room tunnel
• Has a board table and seating for 10 people
• Large whiteboard attached to the wall

Bill  Copeland Sports Centre - Activity Room

• Downstairs next to the  elevator
• Sink available
• 40 capacity theatre style seating
• 30 capacity classroom style seating with tables

Burnaby  Lake Rink - Meeting Room

• Next to entry doors
• Table with seating  for 8

Kensington Park Arena -  Community Room

• Upper level of arena seating area
• Functions as a day care, so not an empty space
• Tables can be arranged in a variety of  configurations
• Capacity approximately 30 theatre style

Rosemary Brown Arena

FEES

• Generally, the BMHA will cover the costs of room bookings for BMHA teams when utilized on an occasional basis.  In some situations, the BMHA may charge a fee for meeting room rentals at $20.00 per hour.
