Burnaby Minor Hockey Association (BMHA) will not be offering girls-only (female) divisions for the upcoming season. However, we continue to provide integrated (co-ed) programming in a supportive and inclusive environment, and we welcome girls of all ages and skill levels to register in our co-ed (integrated) programs.

Families also have the option of joining girls-only teams through the Burnaby Wildcats, now hosted by the newly formed Burnaby Female Ice Hockey Association (BFIHA). The Burnaby Wildcats have long-standing roots within BMHA and now carry that legacy forward under the BFIHA umbrella — offering dedicated hockey programming for girls in Burnaby and New Westminster.

Families are encouraged to choose the path that best suits their player — whether that’s integrated hockey with BMHA or girls-only teams with the Wildcats.
